polyID PID-R – fully integrated material sensor
polyID PID-R is the basic model of our new material sensors for applications under standard conditions.
The compact sensor integrates the light source, measurement unit, and evaluation unit in a compact, attractively designed metal housing. Powerful IR LEDs ensure high light output and a long service life. The sensor enables the evaluation of up to 30 wavelengths in 10nm increments. The wavelengths can be easily selected using software.
The sensor offers a state-of-the-art communication interface with MQTT and a browser-based dashboard. The COM-U communication unit ensures simple and rapid operational integration without requiring additional software installations and offers integrated logging options and optional database functions for long-term recordings.
The sensor can be accessed and monitored from any PC logged into the same network via the password-protected dashboard.
The measurement result can be monitored on the dashboard by any authorized user and, depending on the application, transferred to the controller via a conventional analog output (4-20mA) or subscribed to by the MQTT broker via MQTT.
