Over the past 40 years, our product family has grown and diverged considerably—it's time to rethink traditional naming conventions, restructure them, and harmonize them!
Our products are now clustered according to their technologies into just three sensor families – monoIdent, tr²dent, and polyIdent – and just one common fiber optic family! Each with a uniform, detailed, and unambiguous typology.
And we have even restructured our sensor systems: all special systems for paper mills are identifiable by SensoWeb – the tear-off sensors are now uniform SensoWeb “Guard”, the humidity sensors SensoWeb “moist” and the web edge sensors SensoWeb “Edge” – all other fiber optic sensor systems for object detection are now operating under optoGuards-HT[L|R|P].
