SensoWeb "Guard-LT" - tear-off detection for low-temperature areas
Outside of the hot area, we offer you the non-fiber optic SensoWeb “Guard-LT” series, two different systems for use in open trains where even high levels of contamination are not an issue:
SensoWeb "Guard-LT/R" - High-performance reflex sensor
The high-performance reflex sensors are used at temperatures up to 50°C on pope reels, calenders, etc. Their particular strength compared to standard sensors lies in their extremely high sensing range of up to 6m!
A SensoWeb “Guard-LT/R” system consists of:
- Near-infrared sensor
- optionally with air-flushed sensor head
- Adjustment ball joint

SensoWeb "Guard-LT/L" - high-performance light barriers
The high-performance light barriers are used outdoors at temperatures up to 50°C, where high levels of contamination require a large distance from the track or only a narrow gap is available.
Their particular strength compared to standard sensors lies in their extremely long range of 30m!
The special version SensoWeb “Guard-LT/LS” is also resistant to external light for positions where strong external light sources are present.
A SensoWeb “Guard-LT/L” system consists of:
- Near-infrared transmitter
- Near-infrared receiver
- Sync cable (version “LT/LS”)
- optionally with air-flushed sensor head
- each with mounting frame and adjusting ball joint
